I just ran into this http://xmailserver.org/ . I'm not sure if it's any
good but it's GPL and has windows binaries.

I found it while trying to find info about running postfix under cygwin on
windows. Anyone have any luck with this? The pointy hair has decided that
we "need to get rid of this linux -thing-". I want to run postfix so I can
run spam assassin.

Ray,

Apart from setting up a Mandrake 9.0 machine running Postfix (which is
almost a brainless function), you could run cygnus in your win2k box,
and have a real mail server on your box. http://www.cygwin.com/
