Are you using Trend anti-virus? We had a problem with MMC when using
Trend anti-virus. They have a patch for this on their site.
If you do have Trend, let me know and I will send you the URL.

MMC crashes when accessing the IE corporate settings snapin. I've
tried it on both the admin workstation, via Terminal services
client and directly on the DCs. Same thing.=20
Any ideas anybody?
