thats what i was thinking.  So when a person dual boots, is there =
basically two registry files or will I have some registry problems if i =
just delete the windows folder?

Honestly, your best bet is to wipe everything and start over like this:
1) Fdisk
2) Format
3) Copy CAB files
4) Setup

But if you can't do that you could just delete the win98 directory.
