If you know the hotfix that you want, then no... They will email the ftp =
site... I just did this yesterday.. no CC or account number was =
required.

Yeah, but you have to give them your card # first, they bill you, THEN
you can TRY to ask for your money back.  Ran into this a year ago when
trying to report a very real bug in Win2k Terminal Server, but decided
it wasn't worth the pain.
