www.helpstar.com That's what we were using until we went to this god-awful
proprietary junk that our core processor (bank company) developed.  Helpstar
was outstanding, and I am not one who typically likes any non-Microsoft
software.  Helpstar is expensive, but it's well worth it, imo.
