You could also enable Loopback mode in Merge mode. This would essentially
say "When a user logs onto a computer in this OU, apply the User settings in
addition to the Computer settings, and merge them with whatever users
settings the user would normally have from other GPO's"
Computer Configuration->Administrative Templates->System->Group Policy->User
Group Policy loopback processing mode.

That could work, I like that page..... I have put a computer in a test OU to
see if that computer's homepage is set to our company's page. Will I need
to move users to the OU instead since that policy looks like it points to
User Configs instead of Computer Configuration?

Maintenance->URLs->Important URL's.
I set this to http://www.sysadminday.com <http://www.sysadminday.com> on
the last Friday in July...
