No, I hadn't received your message. Other than this problem, I've not had any NDPS related issues. In the latest versions of NetWare, I've found that managing printers via NWAdmin and ConsoleOne is much easier than anywhere else, rather than using NDPSM - except for stopping and starting the agents. We don't use IPX any more at all - we only use TCP/IP on our networks, on NetWare 6.0. And yes, I'm very well acquainted with support.novell.com... it was my default home page for a while. Here are some advices: 1. Always use the ndpsm.nlm module on server to define/manage the printers. The windows based administrator programs for Novell generates some problems with registry entries. 2. Try to only use IPX for. 3. Let NDPS manager find the printer gateway by itself (configuration - IPX Public Access Printers) 4. Use the novell site for documentation (support.novell.com). They have a lot of tips and tricks for these matters. Good luck Mauricio Fernández S. I'm looking for one because I'm having an issue with trying to add NDPS printers and receiving a message that the RPC server is unavailable, and the operation fails. Thanks!
