[windows2000] Exchange 2000 question

Client is saying that all e-mails are going out except AOL.
I looked in the MMC and found queues under SMTP.
There is a separate queue called aol.com (Remote delivery) and it is in a retry
status.
Any idea why aol has its own queue and how to fix it?
