Didn't know you could go from there. It seems slightly simpler from there I think. How is that? Jim On Thu, Apr 10, 2008 at 8:51 AM, Sorin Srbu <sorin.srbu@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: Yeah, really tough. 8-) What I meant with chasing menus earlier, was that I normally access the quota tool by first starting Windows Explorer, then right-clicking the drive-letter I want to set the quota on. In the opened drive-prop's that pops up you click the disk quota-tab and finally click the quota button on the bottom to see the individual quotas, which is what is interesting . I was hoping for a free stand-alone (gui) tool which would interface with the built-in, without having to go through all the steps above. If you think I'm tough to please because of this, well, then you're right. ;-) CLI works fine too. Usually it's faster as well, and with Win2k8 Server and Power shell coming soonish, I might as well brush up on my CLI-repertoire, especially as I plan to use the Core-versions only! _____ From: windows2000-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:windows2000-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Ray Costanzo Sent: Thursday, April 10, 2008 2:33 PM To: windows2000@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [windows2000] Re: Disk quota tools Man, first you bitch about having to deal with clicking through menus, and then you bitch about having nothing to click.
