I get to the logon screen and everything loads, but after the preparing network connections prompt goes away, I am left with the blue desktop background and a cursor. I am able to use Terminal services to get into the machine and the exchange service starts (it's and exchange server). Anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Paul.
