Nope.  Seemingly random times.  A couple of times during a backup exec job, 
a lot of the time when nobody at all was on the premises, and sometimes 
in the middle of the working day.  Oddly enough, nobody ever the server 
was down.

I'll try the BIOS tomorrow (gone home now).  It has a RADI5 array, so that's 
something else I'll look at tomorow.

Did a full virus scan recently.  Even resorted to doing an ad/spyware scan, 
just in case.
