it was all freshly installed this morning.  I am going to put the drive =
in a different computer and reformat/reinstall and see if the problem =
follows it.

I think the secomd one (M$) probably will be the most correct.

I would as they recommend, do a backup, but it's a fairly new install, =
so
you might not lose too much.

You may have a drive going bad. <shrug>  Maybe this is an appropriate =
excuse
to buy that new 200GB drive you've always wanted? LOL!!! :-)
