Not even the sizes are universal! At least not the ones I have
here. The cases are NoName, Dell, Compaq, HP and some more NoName.

Duct tape would be the way to go, if you can't get spare covers
(which you usually can't, which is my experience...), and you
absolutely must cover the bays. 8-/
