The experts really don't know what's going to happen. Fibre channel = will be crushed by iSCSI. Right now, Serial ATA can't touch the speed of SCSI. Nor does anything = on the roadmap. SCSI is also a shared bus. Thus allowing external storage to be share = by two servers. Clustering for example.
