Also if you want a great solution for only 295 bucks check out EOL Watchdog
manager. It monitors several things on your server including orphaned printers:

I just finished a Wiki page on my new site called http://thinwiki.com that also
has some great printing tips and utils at
http://thethin.net/flexwiki/default.aspx/ThinWiki.PrintingTips PDmanager is
also linked there.

Glenn,

I tried searching for pmanage on TheThin.net, but couldn't find it.
What is the program (not the executable) called?
