[windows2000] Adobe 5 Printing issues

Hello Everyone:
We are running Adobe 5.0 on a W2K FR3 Citrix Box. We can't seem to print
to the Adobe Distiller. We keep getting a generic error message saying
"unable to print to *.pdf all users documents folder do you want to
cancel or retry?"
Any suggestions to resolve this issue would be greatly be appreciated.
