[windows2000] A server with Novell & GroupWise in an AD network

The parent company that we work for wants to put a server with Novel on it,
with a GroupWise post office, so that getting GroupWise email from corporate
would be easier. What I do not understand is how this is going to work in an
Active Directory (Windows 2000) network.
How will this work?
