It is the same under 2003.

By the way, Under 2003 MSI based installers automatically switch over and
back for you. (That is why that annoying "After installation" dialog appears
in 03).  But ONLY for msi based installers!

Well, in 2000, you can enter:
change user /query
at the command prompt.  Perhaps it's the same in 2003.  Enter change /?
to see.
