winamp and broadcasting with the shoutcast plug-in

Hi my name is John Sanders.
I have a question: If you were wanting to broadcast on the Internet with
more then one person, how would you go about doing that with shoutcast and
winamp?
Would you have to use another program to do that with?
I'm just curious.
