saving my bookmark file

Hi Gang,
I installed the latest beta version a couple days ago over an
existing version. I seem to be having a lot of trouble with
sluggishness and things that don't work quite right so I want to
completely delete it and start over. I have just a few radio
stations in my bookmarks and would like to save them. Is there an
easy way I could save those and reinstall them after I get going again?
