question about playlist files

Hi.

Does anyone know what the numbers in an m3u file refer to?

Here's an example.

#EXTINF:2015,Dutch Space Mission - The Dream Experiment
\cd Collection\Dutch Space Mission - Cosmic Grunn\03 - The Dream Experiment.mp3

At first I thought the number referred to the length of the track but since 
this track is 33:33 that isn't it.
