configuring the shoutcast muxer plugin

Hi folks,I am having the most trouble getting to the configuration
screen for shoutcast. I have been trying to find it in the system
tray, and it just isn't there.
Any thoughts? I am using JAWS and latest winamp ETC.
Plese help!!!
