Hi Chris,
Are you using JAWS? If so, that is probably the issue. JAWS tends to hang
onto scripting that causes portions of the program to remain in memory even
after exit.

It loads up nice and fast the first time I run it, but not
subsequent times. This isn't just slow loading of a program. I
have a fast system and certainly nothing else takes 30-60 seconds
to launch!
