If you reinstall windows you will have to reinstall winamp as well. Now I
assume your going to format first? That's always a good idea. Just
reinstalling windows over itself doesn't garantee you'll fix what troubles
your having. The best way is to just format first. It's a hastle yes but
that's the only way to fix issues of a major issue. If it's just winamp
that's the problem you usually can uninstall and restart your machine and
then reinstall winamp and often times it will fix itself.
