Hi.

Sounds like a JAWS script error.  Do the following to see if it helps.

1.  Hit INSERT-3.  This will get JFW to say "enter key to pass through"

2.  Hit CTRL-P.  This should bring up the preferences dialogue.

Let us know if this works or not.
