Some ISPs try to get more money out of their customer by forbidding ICS.

It should not concern your isp -
if you are paying for connect time, it does not matter how much data you
move (or they should review their pricing).
if you are paying for data volume, they should be happy to have your
increased utilization of a single address.
all that they can see is a single connection.
