i know, but only a few of us have the sources glimpsed and browsers
open on READMEs and cvs repos... [i have a sun 24in "t-rex" monitor
with six workspaces, and i *still* run out of real estate...]

thanks. that would do.

on a related matter: i spoke to russ cox and rob pike; plan9(4e) graphics
libraries have not been ported to unix/X11 and both seemed very interested
in the prospect. russ suggested that his drawterm, [which produces an X11
world to connect to plan9 from linux, freebsd and windows] would be very
useful in such an undertaking.
