there is some stuff. from freebsd:

           A unix version of Rob Pike's editor for plan9
    
    wily-0.13.41 
           A clone of the Plan9 editor `acme'
    
    Category x11-wm
    
    9menu-1.5 
           A simple menu patterened after plan9
    
    Category x11
    
    9term-1.6.3 
           An X11 program which emulates a plan9 window

[there is also 9wm, a simple window manager similar to 8 1/2, but plan9
search string did not catch it]

parallel for a while, with move towards 9libs, as 9libs would be used
[hopefully] by other x-based apps, such as sam et al. will need a bit of
coordination, but not that difficult. [famous last words :)]
