[wikispooks] "Deep state"

I find it interesting and unexpected how this phrase has been adopted by
the corporate controlled media in 2017 -- not least since Wikispooks is
still in the top 10 for the phrase.  Recent articles for your perusal

Since Wikispooks is still top 10 for this phrase, I wanted to explain
this sudden surge in popularity of the term, but I'm lacking experience
with the US corporate media. Different people seem to be using it in
different ways. What do yous think about the unexpected rise of this
term. What next, "deep politics"? :-)
