The low level category for records was omitted from the WHPVA rules and I
propose that we put it in immediately.
The additional rule is:
3.2.1.6 Altitude: The WHPVA recognizes land speed records divided into high
and low altitude classes. The division between high and low is at 700 meters
above sea level.
While High and Low altitude records may be achieved for a particular event,
the official outright record is the fastest speed achieved at any altitude.
