IN these tricky times I have no idea what proper rates may be.

What is a reasonable rate for a relatively green producer (experience only
managing smaller interactive projects and medium size television/film
projects) charge for producing larger projects for a commercial client?

hourly rate?
Day rate? 
salary (with benefits)?
