Thanks Hashim great suggestions.
I do have a small board of advisors that gives me feedback and input  
but I did want to put the name change out in the open first rather  
than just implement it but maybe that was my mistake.

You are totally right about the beneifts of Ning and other systems  
like Group Serve. Our only delay is that we want to be aware of future  
growth and dont' want our data held hostage so to speak on a  
proprietary system.
