[webproducers] Re: web-based in out board?

Ditto.
We use IM to 'check in' and 'check out'.
We also set the information note in IM every day too - and we include
the day, so ppl know it's not old info from the day before.
Example:
'Monday: WFH, Albina 4-6pm'
Which means on that day, Monday, I will be working from home and then
working from Albina Press Coffeeshop from the hours of 4pm to 6pm.
