Wow - is there a game community here in Web Producers?! I am trying to
build some sort of community onsite at The New School for gaming and
would be thrilled to plug it into the WPO audience. Any interest that
exist for events or online seminars that we might facilitate would be
great.
Is it me or is this gaming things becoming as pervasive as the web...?

Subject: [webproducers] web licensing agreements for games source code
hi -
does anyone have experience in dealing with drawing up
agency/client agreements regarding vendor-written
source code for games on the web? are there any
templated agreements available to refer to with key
points that should be covered in an agreement?
the current situation that i am in is one of mopping
up a mess since no agreement was put in place at the
beginning of the project - my services are getting
enlisted at the 11th hour - and client is asking to
speak directly to vendor lawyer - help!
all ideas are most appreciated and many thanks,
=====
