While researching survey tools I found a nice little asp called Survey
Monkey http://www.surveymonkey.com/home.asp for when want a fast cheap
survey but must have question and recruitment flexibility. The interface
options are somewhat limited but it has sophisticated features.

I never actually implemented it, but I did a test survey and it worked well.

I tried other more expensive software and this was the best bang for the
buck.
