Check out the Content Mill (http://www.thecontentmill.com/).  It's the creation 
of a friend of mine who's worked in this biz a long time.  It's an easy-to-use 
site development and management tool, including tools for managing content, 
mailing lists, and, of course, ecommerce.  They have free (and decent!) 
templates available, or you can use your own.  Approximately 30 payment 
gateways are supported, so yours should be there.  Packages are quite 
reasonable, and include free hosting.
