[webproducers] Re: student questions

Hey,

I don't know of anyone in Colorado you could speak with, but I wanted to
reply to this statement: The title of web producer seems to mean different
things to different companies.

I think this is an industry wide problem. I've seen many ads for producers
when the descriptions were more for a developer. I've also noticed this
phenomenon among other titles (titles don't match to job descriptions).
Anyone else noticed this or is this a "local region which is not really
technically savvy" problem?

Subject: [webproducers] student questions

Hello,

I am a student in Denver, Colorado. I was wondering if you knew of any
organizations or people I could do informational interviews with in
Colorado. The title of web producer seems to mean different things to
different companies. I am currently trying to find out if web producing is a
path I would like to go down. Thanks in advance.
