yes, it's called Adobe Acrobat.

Acrobat v4 and above includes a web capture feature that will d/l all
pages - even the dynamically generated ones and compress them to boot.

it's not exactly a speed demon but will do the trick.

NOTE: the Mac version supports this feature too but on version 4, it must
be d/l from adobe's site.
