Hey Sharone-
Well Playstream (now part of Vitalstream) is really great honestly. But some
others that rival them are:
Akamai (of course). Being the industry leader they cost a pretty penny tho.
Speedera who I would have also recommended, was bought out by Akamai

There is always Real, who is actually pretty good if you don't mind being
only in one format (theirs.) I am biased however, I have friends who worked
there.

I've heard some stuff about Vbrick too.

And perhaps Loudeye is still in the game- good people, great party's
anyways. They may or may not do what you are looking for any longer.
