[webproducers] looking for producer/representative

Hello,

am sorry if this is inapropriate topic for this list, if so, just ignore.

the things are - i'm graphic designer from Moscow, Russia.
currently am working in corporate environment, but am looking
more for freelance carrier. i think about finding a person who
would like to take care of handling projects, communicating with
clients, finding clients, while i could concentrate on graphic/production
side of things.

so, what d'you think? is this possible? where to find? lists, forums? anything?
