The WPO list has an international subscription base. I know we used to have
members on from India but I no longer know if that's true or not. I do know
that we have had members from England, France, Portugal, Brazil, Puerto
Rico, Sweden, Israel, Australia, Ireland, Japan, Hong Kong, Yugoslavia
(sorry for the one's I missed is it time for a new survey of where people
are?) as well as people from USA and Canada.

The list has a web archive that comes up in search engines (e-mail addresses
are stripped out) so it's possible (maybe not probable) that a person with
legal rights to work in India will search and find this job.

Now about the irony that's a whole different story altogether and I'm sure
many people from different places around the world on the list have ideas
and opinions about this. One thing that has become apparent (as
reprehensible as it sounds and no matter what side you sit on) is that
white collar labor is now more like blue color labor- a commodity or
inventory item that needs to be bought and sold inexpensively.
