Imaginary Forces is a Hollywood/NYC design and production company, best known
for its work in the area of movie title design. The company's recent projects
include titles for Daredevil, Spider-Man and Harry Potter, and the "precog"
sequences & gestural interfaces in Minority Report. Also, IF has produced
scores of TV commercials, branding campaigns and large environmental experience
projects.
Currently, Imaginary Forces is building an interactive capability to translate
its design capabilities into the non-linear world.
We are seeking a freelance interactive producer to start immediately to manage
two projects. This work could lead to an ongoing freelance relationship or a
staff position.
More about our ideal candidate...
You are a people-oriented consummate manager, with the ability to juggle many
tasks at once without losing control of all the details. You are experienced
with information architecture and you know a good design when you see it. You
have at least five years experience managing complex multimedia projects, and
have experience handling corporate clients. You are currently available to
start work.
Please send your resume and cover letter to nyjobs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with
the subject line, "Your_name-producer" (i.e. "Mary_Smith-producer")
Because of the large volume of resumes expected, we recommend that you try to
make your submission stand out in the crowd. Please consider writing a cover
letter which expresses a little about your personality and production interests
- we'd really like to know who you are. Also, please provide links to previous
projects and an explanation of your involvement, as well as your day
rate/range.
Thanks for your time in submitting your credentials*.
(*No phone calls, please!!)
