Here in Montréal Canada there is effectively a slight increase in project
(Ad agency perspective) but the budget customer are willing to pay struggle.
Projects I deliver last few month arer two time the quality than before for
less money.
Also, I heard of a couple of projects built on .Net . Small and Medium biz
seem to wake up and move their process online. That's a ggod news.
For my part I will try to enter in the wirelless market. From my
perspective, their will be more opportunity in the future for wirelles
softwares and games than in Web.
(sorry for the few mistakes, my French is better than my English).

I've noticed we've been getting more requests to post jobs on the WPO list
but I'm wondering how widespread this supposed upturn is.
Have people noticed more interest in new projects? I've noticed more
interest and poking around and a slight increase in new projects but not a
huge difference yet.
What about others and in other parts of the world? Australia? France?
Brazil? and others on the list in other areas? What has it been like
recently? Has it been different for those working in internal departments as
opposed to those working for an agency?

People also slap at mosquitoes when they get annoying, that doesn't mean
they want to have mosquitoes in their life.
