[webproducers] Re: email blast 3d party vendors?

Is it fair to send one not to use? At one of my past companies, we were very
unhappy with Reachmail and Emaillabs. I learned from my experience with
e-mail blasts that it's crucial when assessing third-party e-mail providers
to write requirements first and then evaluate the products based on these
requirements. Also be as detailed as possible. We found out after signing a
contract with one vendor that they didn't provide one of our most
fundamental needs.
