I've liked constant contact, they haven't blown my socks off but they
meet expectations. Exact target is the ugly step child and they know
it. The fact that you can't get prices unless you call and go through
a hard sell is not good. That's something you do when you know your
product is inferior. As far as I know deliverability rates are about
the same. It's been a while since I worked with anyone using Exact
though so I don't know for certain.
Mail Chimp looks real interesting. I haven't sent out any mails but
like the interface and feature list. Prices are good too.
I'd be interested to know if anyone has used Mail Chimp and has any
thoughts on that too.
