Yikes -- didn't mean to put anybody on the spot.  I'm just passing along a
question from somebody, and I realize that it's somewhat vague.  I'm not
trying to box anybody into a lowball quote.  :-)

How can you say $1500 is about right without knowing anything about the
company or its needs?  If this guy puts $1500 in the budget, and it turns
out that his company needs wants $10,000 worth of web work, he looks like an
female donkey!

As "producers" I can't believe how irresponsible you are in blindly telling
someone how much these things cost without any kind of needs assessment!
