Goldmine also syncs with Palm, Outlook, etc.
I have used GM for a while but have switched
to salesforce.com now. I got a pretty good deal,
one year free for up to 5 users.
I love this system! I used upshot.com before
and it was much slower, etc. salesforce
is charging 65/mo for new accounts, though.
