Hey, Morry -

Any reason you can't use MS Excel? You can use one sheet (or multiple
sheets, for multiple projects) to record the hours in your own fashion,
and use another sheet to autocalculate the  cost/price/invoice...

Just a thought. It's bound to be your least expensive route. 

(Desktop and PDA versions available, obviously.)
