No need to do it in any script. Just looking for a .doc or .txt file and the volunteer team doing the devolpment will take care of that aspect. I realized after I looked back at the initial msg that my phrasing of template wasn't clear. I know I said no need for an actual proposal just a template but I meant we didn't want an actual proposal/scope/other doc that listed clients etc. we'd rather the raw structre or a proposal for a fictitious company. Sorry for the confusion.
