Hi All,
As I've said before, I am new to the web producing part of this industry
(mainly sales, design and programming). I'm only 23 and need all of the
guidance I can get. I love this industry, but have pretty much learned the
industry through experience (school does not prepare you enough for the real
world).
I recently fell into a great opportunity to help build an up and coming
travel companies web presence. I am working with them to expand their travel
sales business.
They are part of a corporate entity, but have free reign on how they manage
their own local business and web site for it. Doing ecommerce is cool with
me, but I am lost as to if there are any solutions out there to manage the
backend and make it easy for them to manage all of this travel information.
(booking, transfers, hotel reservations, etc).
Do any of you out there know of any backend systems I can instegrat into the
website to do ecommerce and manage all of that information? I really don't
want to build my own system if I don't have to. (I'm freelancing and don't
have the time for such a consuming task).
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Oh, P.S. Campaign monitor rocks so far! I can't wait to send out a massive
eBlast for my client once the new template is finished being designed.
Thanks a bunch! you all are a great help!
Best,
Ryan Champagne
